2008 ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Whether you are an engineer or an exhibitor, this Annual Conference of the Structural Engineers Association of Kentucky promises to be both educational and fun. We are hosting this year's conference at the the Executive West Hotel (soon to be the Crowne Plaza Louisville Airport Hotel) in Louisville, Kentucky on October 9th and 10th, with a "Special Session" on Saturday, October 11th, 2008. Please make plans to join us at this conference.

Conference Registration:

• Attendee: Complete the registration form. Registration fees include two complete days of seminars (continuing education credits available), exhibits, breakfasts and lunches, Thursday evening tour and dinner, conference literature, and a "special gift"!
  Make checks payable to SEAoK.
• There will be a special session this year on Saturday, October 11th, on "ATC-20 Post Earthquake Safety Evaluation of Building Procedures" for an additional fee of $125 if you are attending the entire SEAOK conference. If you are attending only this session, the fee is $150. There will be approximately 6 Professional Development Hours offered for this session.
  
• Exhibitor: Complete the registration form. Registration fees include booth space (including electricity), two representatives, breakfast and lunch, Thursday evening tour and dinner, conference literature, and a "special gift"!
  Make checks payable to SEAoK.

Hotel Reservations: Please call the Executive West Hotel directly at 1-800-626-2708 to make your room reservations. The room rate is $109 per night (this does not include tax). When you call, please mention that you are attending the SEAoK Conference for the room block discount.

SEAoK Membership: Your SEAoK annual membership dues run the calendar year, January to December. If you have not renewed your membership for 2008, you will need to fill out the membership renewal form and pay the amount due to maintain your SEAoK membership and benefit from the "Member" registration pricing. If you are renewing your membership dues and attending the conference, you may write one check for all fees (make ALL checks payable to SEAoK). Membership dues will be due again in January 2009.

Special Events: This year we are plannign a tour of the McAlpine Locks, followed by dinner at the Proof on Main Restaurant in downtown Louisville (transportation will be provided). More information on this event will be sent with your conference confirmation.
