GUIDELINES
Guidelines are special publications requiring the approval of a committee of peers to authorize publication. Guidelines are not presentations of single author and represent the consensus of the practicing structural engineering profession. Guidelines serve as a manual for practice that illustrates procedures for performing specific structural design and analysis functions of engineers.
