Project involved the need for over 180,000 square feet of new exhibit space to be designed and constructed in a little over 12 months. The design team was also given the task of reducing costs associated with the first phase of this work performed by others. By studying alternate steel truss arrangements, SCA not only met the rigorous design schedule requiring structure to be designed prior to other systems but also created a savings in overall steel costs.
